We had a fantastic group of 24 Belles gather for a Founders’ Day brunch at an alumna’s home in Hyde Park.

Our book club met to discuss our October pick, a mystery book, so we read The Thursday Murder Club by Richard Osman.

This summer, we had a virtual service project to “clear the list” for 11 Belles who are teachers in Chicago, South Bend and Michigan.

Our book club met to discuss our September pick, a banned book, so we read Are You There God, Its Me Margaret by Judy Blume.

Our book club met on August 13th to discuss our August pick, a “Chicago” book, so we read When Franny Stands Up by Eden Robins.

On July 23rd, we hosted a first year send off and welcomed our Chicago-area Belles (class of 2029!) into the Saint Mary’s community.

On July 22nd, the ND Club of Chicago and SMC Chicago East Club hosted ND Night at the Cubs with over 300 attendees!

Our book club met on July 16th to discuss this month’s book - a “summer book,” One Italian Summer by Rebecca Serle.

Our book club met on June 24th to discuss this month’s book - a wild card genre, The Vanishing Half by Brit Bennett.

We had a fantastic group of 39 Belles from all different class years gather to raise money for the Chicago scholarship at Spring Spirits.

Our book club met on April 10th to discuss this month’s book - a mystery/thriller, Beautiful Ugly by Alice Feeney.

We had a great group of Belles attend our annual Blackhawks game. It was a fun Sunday afternoon that featured some delicious food!

For our March Dinner Belles outing, we met up at Trivoli Tavern in West Loop for a great dinner with six Belles.

Our book club met on March 13th to discuss this month’s book - a NYT Bestseller, The Glass Girl by Kathleen Glasgow.

On March 4th, we hosted an early St. Patrick’s Day happy hour at Fado Irish Pub with a great group of 10 Belles.

We had a great group of 50 Irish and Belles attend for a fun evening of speed dates, drinks and appetizers at Barcocina.

The monthly Notre Dame and Saint Mary’s College Senior Alumni lunch was at Emerald Loop Bar & Grill in February.

For our February Dinner Belles outing, we met up at Basil Leaf Cafe in Lincoln Park for some delicious Italian food.

Our book club met on February 5th for a Galentine’s celebration. This month’s book was "Lovely One” by Ketanji Brown Jackson.

We kicked off our 2025 monthly dinner club with dinner at Butcher and the Bear during Chicago Restaurant Week.
